What you will do

  • Represent Services in governance forums, bringing forward the Voice of the Customer.
  • Own Services deliverables in assigned development activities and lead the work related to Quality History.
  • Drive and coordinate External Validation of solutions.
  • Initiate and follow up on cross‑functional activities using strong project management skills and tools.
  • Lead Services cross‑functional project teams when required.
  • Collaborate across teams to support issue resolution and system support.
