What you will do

  • Serve as functional system owner across Workday and other People systems.
  • Lead configuration, enhancements, and optimization efforts to ensure systems align with evolving business needs.
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards across systems to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide support for complex system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Lead or support system implementations, enhancements, and integration projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, People Technology, or HR Operations with hands-on system configuration experience.
  • Strong experience administering Workday and familiarity with business process framework, reporting, and security configuration.
  • Experience supporting or administering additional HR systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems and integrations in a connected HR tech ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
