What you will do
- Manage and support AI product-related projects through regular communication and status updates.
- Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and risks with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and process documentation.
- Serve as primary contact for business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams.
- Provide guidance for new product introductions, pricing, and migration strategies.
- Assist in ensuring launch requirements and effective product rollout processes.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA and work remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-6 years of project management experience with Gen AI project delivery.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Project or cloud-based project tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret technical information for non-technical audiences.
