What you will do
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for IT service and software contracts.
- Negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), Amendments, and Master Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., BAAs, government services).
- Prepare contractual provisions and administer contract proposals.
- Evaluate requests, identify risks, and issue purchase orders.
- Collaborate with business, legal, audit, and procurement teams.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of contract negotiating experience required.
- Two (2) years of IT software experience required.
- Two (2) years of contract strategy management experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems.
Nice to have
- Advanced Contracts Review skills.
- Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification.
- Institute of Supply Management (I.S.M.) affiliation.
