What you will do
- Own and execute the product roadmap for the reverse logistics SaaS platform.
- Translate complex supply chain and operational workflows into scalable software requirements.
- Drive automation across the entire returns processing and refurbishment lifecycle.
- Collaborate directly with engineering, UX, and operations teams to ship product improvements.
- Analyze returns data to create actionable recovery intelligence for major retail clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building software that solves complex operational problems.
- Ability to translate messy, fragmented workflows into elegant product designs.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce domains.
