Salary: $255,000 – $300,000 (Zone 1)

What you will do

  • Set and evolve the creative vision, brand voice, and strategy across all marketing and product channels.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative organization, including art directors, designers, and copywriters.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate company vision into cohesive brand experiences.
  • Define and evangelize the brand story across campaigns, product launches, and major company moments.
  • Build scalable creative infrastructure and incorporate AI strategy to drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee external agency partnerships and creative vendors to ensure consistent quality.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional creative experience, including senior leadership (Creative Director or Group CD level).
  • Must be able to work from the office in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA 4 days per week.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn abstract ideas into multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record in setting creative vision and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading large, diverse creative teams including illustrators, designers, and writers.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts.
