What you will do

  • Drive retention and upsell strategies through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the Ambassador Program, activating subscribers as advocates.
  • Use analytics to measure the impact of engagement initiatives and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage initiatives and gather input from local teams.
  • Identify local trends, benchmark competitors, and prioritize implementation.
  • Oversee the creation of creative assets, maintaining consistency across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel CRM execution (email, SMS, In-app, + push).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Braze or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail in project management and campaign development.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching an ambassador or community program.
  • Experience developing playbooks, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
