What you will do

  • Support the design and implementation of CRM applications using model-driven apps and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to understand requirements and identify technical approaches.
  • Contribute to data modelling discussions and CRM architecture decisions.
  • Explore opportunities for extending the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Build an understanding of Azure DevOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and a strong motivation to develop your skills further.
  • Some experience with Power Apps or a genuine desire to learn how to build model-driven apps and automate processes with Power Automate.
  • The ability to outline processes or workflows and an interest in learning more structured ways of working.
  • Curiosity and some understanding of data modelling, CRM concepts, and how the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 can be extended and customized.
  • An interest in understanding how Azure DevOps supports development workflows.
