What you will do

  • Conduct performance reviews and support career growth through individual development plans.
  • Lead day-to-day quality control for UI, Lighting, and VFX across internal and external streams.
  • Define and enforce review-ready criteria for assets to ensure predictable quality convergence.
  • Partner with production to schedule reviews, track tasks, and resolve regressions.
  • Coach the team on leadership, delegation, and effective decision-making.
  • Support hiring processes including role definition, interviewing, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in console or PC game development.
  • Proven experience delivering at least one AAA title from start to finish.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level artistic creativity in game art disciplines.
  • Expertise in industry-standard software (Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Photoshop).
  • Fluent understanding of the entire asset creation process and art theory.
  • English language proficiency (spoken and written) for effective communication and feedback.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Experience implementing assets directly into game engines.
