What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary, seasonal, and entry-level roles across multiple departments
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms to build pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, managing logistics and candidate communication
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and maintain accurate ATS records
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, United States
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate or in-house settings
- Experience with high-volume hiring and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
