What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple businesses in APAC.
  • Partner with regional hiring managers to ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities.
  • Support automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance TA efficiency.
  • Oversee vendor management activities, including KPI tracking and invoice coordination.
  • Consolidate recruitment metrics and prepare data for reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant HR qualification/certification.
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with in-house TA exposure.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
