What you will do

  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within Workday, ensuring system integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and manage benefits administration for diverse locations.
  • Draft and organize employment agreements, addendums, and HR paperwork ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via Jira and email regarding contracts and policies.
  • Develop and update global HR procedures, identifying process gaps and proposing automation solutions.
  • Manage Confluence documentation to ensure HR policies are accessible to all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law and market practices.
  • Native Ukrainian and fluent English proficiency.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management tools.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Experience in managing military records.
  • Previous experience working in a global organization.
