  • Produce and optimize short-form video content across multiple digital platforms.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorms and develop repeatable video formats.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for a brand, publisher, or digital newsroom.
  • Deep interest in pop culture, internet culture, and YouTube viewing behavior.
  • Strong scripting and storytelling ability with excellent written communication skills.
  • Confidence in pitching ideas and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice to match different brand identities and talent.
  • Strong understanding of social platform publishing and content optimization strategies.
