  • Produce hero character assets that serve as production references for the team.

  • Mentor junior and intermediate artists through technical guidance and feedback.
  • Contribute to improving character art pipelines and production workflows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience shipping realistic, high-quality characters in AAA game production.
  • Expertise in character modeling, sculpting, and texturing.
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, materials, and proportions.
  • Ability to interpret artistic direction and translate it into believable character assets.
  • Strong collaborative skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and mentorship.
