What you will do

  • Consult with customers to assess and enhance legal workflows using Clio’s software suite.
  • Position workflow packages and assist in closing sales opportunities.
  • Configure accounts and align software with customer business processes and best practices.
  • Support adoption of AI-powered legal features and promote responsible use.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, innovative workflow solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and adoption.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto with hybrid work arrangement.
  • 5+ years experience in workflow strategy development, preferably in software or technology.
  • 2+ years legal experience or training at paralegal level or higher.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for legal drafting, research, or workflow support.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of cloud-based legal technologies and legal industry needs.
  • Experience designing automation processes using Excel, Google Sheets, Slack workflows, or scripting languages like SQL.
