What you will do
- Own features end-to-end, challenging design and writing technical specifications.
- Build robust financial tools and implement scalable solutions for pre-accounting features.
- Perform QA and write automated tests to ensure high standards and quality delivery.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers in a cross-functional squad.
- Actively challenge the roadmap and help define the product in a product-centric culture.
Requirements
- Solid engineering background with experience in Go, React, or any modern full-stack environment.
- Must be willing to learn Go, React, Kubernetes, and Kafka if not already mastered.
- Product mindset, understanding business value and challenging specifications.
- Experience writing tests and performing QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ability to break down complex engineering challenges into simple, deliverable solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
