What you will do
- Onboard clients and configure survey content within the risk management platform
- Distribute and monitor information risk surveys to third-party vendors
- Analyze completed survey content and industry reports to identify potential threats
- Manage third-party risk remediation activities in collaboration with professional services
- Provide first-line support to address client queries and communicate technical concepts
- Prepare client-facing reports detailing service KPIs and risk summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in information risk management
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams under pressure
Nice to have
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications such as CTPRP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, or CISA
