What you will do

  • Build and maintain comprehensive product documentation including manuals, release notes, and internal guidelines.
  • Leverage AI tools to efficiently create, update, and refine learning materials and product texts.
  • Design internal learning paths, including onboarding and product certification programs.
  • Coordinate feature communication internally and externally across product, QA, and sales teams.
  • Establish standard documentation templates, style guides, and in-product messaging.
  • Conduct internal software training and implement a train-the-trainer framework.

Requirements

  • German and English proficiency: C1 minimum in both, with at least one at native level.
  • Degree in Education, Communication, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in project or process management, ideally within a software environment.
  • Strong interest in financial products and complex software systems.
  • Proactive mindset for continuous process optimization and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SDLC processes like agile development and release management.
  • Background in finance, specifically family offices or investment management.
  • Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence or Zendesk and LMS tools.
