What you will do
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React.

- Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Must be located in Costa Rica.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and system observability.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum.
