What you will do
- Generate go-to-market strategies in cooperation with the Senior Client Partner and Managing Associate.
- Conduct thorough research to build accurate candidate lists reflecting the client profile.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates to check their fit for the role.
- Effectively present key research findings to other team members.
- Prepare, write, and present progress reports to the client.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.
Requirements
- Three or more years of relevant experience in human resources, search, selection, or consultancy.
- Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
- Hands-on mentality with a high sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Fluent in English, both oral and in writing.
