What you will do

  • Ensure weekly task clarity by mapping out the week ahead for Engagement Experts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requests, resolving quick tasks.
  • Ensure briefs, files, and assets are fully sourced and ready before an Engagement Expert picks up a task.
  • Build, load, and track project plans in Productive.io.
  • Schedule client engagement meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Set up client files and folders and implement proprietary systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, client success, or operations in an agency or consulting setup.
  • Experience coordinating work across internal staff, client-side employees, and external specialists.
  • Used to managing workflows across different time zones.
  • Strong working knowledge of Productive.io (or similar project management software).
  • Excellent written English.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and new technologies.
