What you will do
- Ensure weekly task clarity by mapping out the week ahead for Engagement Experts.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requests, resolving quick tasks.
- Ensure briefs, files, and assets are fully sourced and ready before an Engagement Expert picks up a task.
- Build, load, and track project plans in Productive.io.
- Schedule client engagement meetings and prepare agendas.
- Set up client files and folders and implement proprietary systems.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, client success, or operations in an agency or consulting setup.
- Experience coordinating work across internal staff, client-side employees, and external specialists.
- Used to managing workflows across different time zones.
- Strong working knowledge of Productive.io (or similar project management software).
- Excellent written English.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and new technologies.
