Product Operations Lead (Fintech): Serving as the enabling backbone of the product organization by embedding governance and best practices across Discovery, Delivery, and Optimization modes. Focus on reducing cognitive load, accelerating value flow, and ensuring the operating model scales effectively.

What you will do

  • Own and iterate DDO+ artifacts, keeping processes lightweight and adjusting as the organization learns.
  • Coach individuals, teams, and leadership in DDO+ ways of working and champion an agile mindset.
  • Facilitate ceremonies across working modes and enforce an async-first default.
  • Ensure a clear throughline from bets to OKRs across all three working modes.
  • Forecast availability, balance workload, and make capacity constraints visible.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Experience, Solutions/FDEs, and Customer Success to align Team APIs and interaction patterns across the organization.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product operations, agile coaching, programme management, or a similar process-governance role within a product-led organization.
  • Proven ability to design and embed lightweight processes without creating bureaucracy.
  • Deep coaching and facilitation experience.
  • Comfort with data and experience with product analytics, instrumentation audits, OKR tracking, or similar measurement systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • Understanding of team dynamics, resistance to change, and how to earn trust quickly across diverse groups.

Nice to have

  • Implemented a product operating model or scaling framework at a growing company.
  • Worked as an Agile Coach or Delivery Lead and are looking to broaden into a strategic product operations role.
  • Familiarity with Shape Up, Team Topologies, or similar scaling frameworks.
  • Experience with the HEART framework, DORA metrics, or comparable measurement systems.
  • Experience in financial services, insurtech, or similarly regulated environments.
