What you will do
- Own and iterate DDO+ artifacts, keeping processes lightweight and adjusting as the organization learns.
- Coach individuals, teams, and leadership in DDO+ ways of working and champion an agile mindset.
- Facilitate ceremonies across working modes and enforce an async-first default.
- Ensure a clear throughline from bets to OKRs across all three working modes.
- Forecast availability, balance workload, and make capacity constraints visible.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Experience, Solutions/FDEs, and Customer Success to align Team APIs and interaction patterns across the organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product operations, agile coaching, programme management, or a similar process-governance role within a product-led organization.
- Proven ability to design and embed lightweight processes without creating bureaucracy.
- Deep coaching and facilitation experience.
- Comfort with data and experience with product analytics, instrumentation audits, OKR tracking, or similar measurement systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
- Understanding of team dynamics, resistance to change, and how to earn trust quickly across diverse groups.
Nice to have
- Implemented a product operating model or scaling framework at a growing company.
- Worked as an Agile Coach or Delivery Lead and are looking to broaden into a strategic product operations role.
- Familiarity with Shape Up, Team Topologies, or similar scaling frameworks.
- Experience with the HEART framework, DORA metrics, or comparable measurement systems.
- Experience in financial services, insurtech, or similarly regulated environments.
