What you will do

  • Conduct clear, engaging product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Partner with Account Executives to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead structured Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements to showcase platform impact.
  • Identify technical pain points during customer discovery calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during the sales process.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of presales or equivalent technical/sales experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity concepts and IT architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to commute to the office in Arlington, VA for a 3-day hybrid schedule.

  • Experience with security awareness training or phishing simulation platforms.
