What you will do

  • Build and execute account strategies for top accounts to drive penetration and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations, demonstrating the value of our software solutions.
  • Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning Nintex products with customer goals.
  • Conduct high-level product demos and coordinate with sales engineers for deeper technical requirements.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing direct selling role, ideally within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement against sales quotas.
  • Strong account and relationship management skills with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical capability to assess customer usage data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience working in Microsoft and Salesforce environments is highly preferred.
  • Must be local to or able to commute to the Melbourne office for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Familiarity with CRM software beyond Salesforce.
