TL;DR

Strategic Alliances Intern (Product Management): Support supplier management and product management activities including reporting, research, and process optimization with an accent on supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and collaboration across teams. Focus on developing Agentic AI Applications and gaining exposure to senior leaders in a fully remote US-based internship.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the United States, must be located in the US and preferably in Eastern Standard Time zone during the internship.

What you will do

  • Prepare reporting, dashboards, and summaries to support the Supplier Management Team.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams on supplier-related activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential suppliers, market conditions, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, documentation, and contract files.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency in supplier management.
  • Lead development of Agentic AI Applications to support strategic partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States during the internship, preferably in Eastern Standard Time zone.
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student available for a 10-week part-time summer internship.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in developing skills for Agentic AI Applications.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly.
