What you will do
- Lead the development, delivery, and scaling of new mobile product features.
- Define mobile architecture, system design, and technical strategy.
- Drive performance standards including latency, memory, rendering, and offline behavior.
- Partner with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of quality, technical ownership, and execution.
- Manage production debugging, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development with significant React Native expertise.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership, lead, or architect role.
- Strong command of mobile system design, component architecture, and React internals.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone for collaboration.
- Proven ability to ship and maintain high-performance apps on App Store and Google Play.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and release automation.
Nice to have
- Experience in startup or high-ownership product environments.
- Knowledge of scaling real-time or multi-region mobile architectures.
- Experience building design systems or shared component libraries.
- Familiarity with edge caching, WebSockets, or offline-first architectures.
