Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an engineering leader managing managers and large organizations of 50+ engineers.
  • Proven track record in scaling engineering organizations and launching business-critical systems.
  • Strong background in distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience building and leading full-stack engineering teams.
  • Ability to engage effectively with complex engineering architecture and systems-level decision-making.

  • Professional experience in consumer finance, specifically within brokerage or trading platforms.
