What you will do
- Craft and optimize strategic monetization plans to achieve business revenue targets.
- Manage the operational launch of promotional campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Design and implement daily events and promotions based on user behavior analysis.
- Recommend innovative strategies to maximize game revenues.
- Collaborate with economy, design, product, technical operations, and analytics teams.
- Test, innovate, and iterate on ongoing monetization programs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager in the mobile gaming industry
- Strong analytical competencies and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
- Experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration
