What you will do

  • Craft and optimize strategic monetization plans to achieve business revenue targets.
  • Manage the operational launch of promotional campaigns and monitor their performance.
  • Design and implement daily events and promotions based on user behavior analysis.
  • Recommend innovative strategies to maximize game revenues.
  • Collaborate with economy, design, product, technical operations, and analytics teams.
  • Test, innovate, and iterate on ongoing monetization programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager in the mobile gaming industry
  • Strong analytical competencies and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration
