What you will do
- Own and manage the company research backlog while prioritizing stakeholder requests.
- Define objectives and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research.
- Coordinate internal and external research agencies, panels, and tools.
- Analyze data to produce structured reports and actionable business insights.
- Maintain comprehensive research documentation and an internal insight repository.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in user, product, or market research.
- Proven capability to run end-to-end research projects independently.
- Strong expertise in qualitative methods like interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
- Strong quantitative skills including survey design and data analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and prioritization abilities.
- Fluent English required for professional communication and interviews.
