TL;DR

Senior HRBP (LATAM): Driving HR strategy across the employee lifecycle with an accent on employee relations, talent development, and performance management. Focus on manager coaching, organizational design, and talent initiatives to support business goals and foster a positive work culture.

Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Partner with business teams as their primary HR contact, coaching managers and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
  • Influence business and talent initiatives that support short- and long-term goals.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement HR processes to further scale the business.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations situations with sound judgment and a people-first approach.
  • Drive practices that increase employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.
  • Oversee and manage on-site events in São Paulo, collaborating with Country Managers in Mexico and Colombia.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, or an equivalent combination of HRBP and HR Generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, active listening, and clear written communication.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Nice to have

  • Spanish is a plus.
