What you will do
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform financial performance analyses (expenses, revenues, costs, margins, and profitability), identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards, including KPI analysis and financial trends, for presentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Support the monthly accounting close and reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and control.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, or related roles.
- Knowledge of automations.
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Business Management, or related areas is a plus.
