The Caesars Digital Team Member Products team is looking for a Salesforce Engineer II to collaborate on creating functional systems that improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Maintain current Salesforce infrastructure
- Create new Salesforce infrastructure and stability
- Partner and coach development teams and vendors to set standards
- Act as a Salesforce Technical SME
- Understand apex triggers
- Write efficient and stable code for complex application logic
- Participate in root cause analysis and system outages
- Develop automated tests to cover internal system acceptance testing
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Monitor and manage system performance
- Trouble-shoot incidents reported by end-users
- Keep abreast of current technology in both hardware and software
