What you will do
- Establish and manage relationships inside the NiCE partner ecosystem to drive strategic initiatives.
- Architect multivendor solutions and ensure subsystems function together.
- Collaborate with and support NiCE Partner Alliance Leaders on partnership growth initiatives.
- Build and manage ongoing relationships with partner executives, sales, and client account teams.
- Lead training and enablement for partners on NiCE company products, services, and Go-To Market strategies.
- Engage with clients onsite to establish use cases and quantify value, and hold value-oriented conversations with government agency leadership.
Requirements
- Expert level account management and partnership skills.
- Expert level account management of clients using specialized component subsystems.
- 5+ years working in partner channel sales.
- 10+ years working in partner sales and at least 3 years in a specialized vertical.
- Proven track record in value consulting selling.
- Government business and financial modeling experience for GSI solutions.
- Knowledge of the Cala/LATAM partner ecosystem and business environment.
