What you will do
- Design, implement, and execute detailed test plans across multiple levels (component, integration, system, and end-to-end).
- Develop and maintain reliable, modular test scripts primarily in Python.
- Build and maintain test environments, both software and hardware-based.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high product quality.
- Drive and expand test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab.
- Support video content validation, including visual artifacts, image quality, and metadata.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of software testing experience, including creating comprehensive test plans.
- Strong proficiency in Python - ability to write clean, scalable test code.
- Experience testing multimedia applications - knowledge of video, image processing, or content creation, metadata formats and decoding workflows is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools: Git, Jira, pytest, CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - essential for working with international teams.
- English: C1 level - working language.
