What you will do

  • Lead and execute certification programs, new feature launch enablement, and LMS revamp initiatives.
  • Drive structured plans aligned with organizational priorities to ensure timely delivery of enablement initiatives.
  • Support readiness of Training, Implementation, and Support teams for new product features.
  • Review and maintain quality and consistency of readiness materials and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market and leadership teams to align enablement plans and identify readiness gaps.
  • Manage LMS content, assignments, tracking, and certification pathways to ensure effective learning experiences.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in knowledge enablement, learning and development, or product enablement.
  • Strong program management and communication skills to design and execute certification and readiness initiatives.
  • Ability to translate product updates into actionable enablement plans for multiple teams.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership partnering with Product, Go-To-Market, and Professional Services teams.
  • Lead through influence with accountability and quality governance to maintain adoption-focused training content.
