What you will do

  • Identify new opportunities within Public Sector accounts and engage C-level and Executive decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans for key accounts to meet or exceed customer objectives.
  • Forecast and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive a culture of sales excellence, including consistent implementation of sales processes and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales and Account Management experience with high-growth tech start-ups or large software vendors.
  • 8+ years’ selling and account relationship management experience in the Public Sector.
  • In-depth technical understanding of the Automation/Digital transformation market.
  • Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects and large account planning.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, adaptable across all levels of an organization.
