What you will do
- Drive end-to-end process transparency across Global Service.
- Identify structural improvement potentials.
- Design and shape future service processes in alignment with stakeholders.
- Enable Operational Excellence through implementation and governance.
- Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure the impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar.
- 2 – 5 years experience in process management.
- Experience with process mapping tools and a solid understanding of ERP systems as well as data flows across operational systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of English and German or English and Italian.
