  • Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure the impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar.
  • 2 – 5 years experience in process management.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and a solid understanding of ERP systems as well as data flows across operational systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German or English and Italian.
