What you will do

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
  • Lead multiple engineering teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring cohesive execution across all projects.
  • Oversee the architectural design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure multi-tenant SaaS solutions on AWS.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication channels within and across teams, providing updates on project status, system architecture, and timeline expectations.
  • Define and enforce stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reliability metrics, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement, embedding best practices and operational efficiencies across the engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience, including 5+ years of technical leadership and people management roles.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with one or more modern languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, or NodeJS.
  • Proven expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Comprehensive understanding of API design, multi-tenant architectures, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale, consumer-facing enterprise SaaS software projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
