What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
  • Lead the renewal of energy contracts for large customers and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and service quality.
  • Monitor the energy market, competition, and sales performance indicators (revenue, margin, pipeline).
  • Regularly update CRM and utilise IT tools for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate internally across teams to contribute to the improvement of sales processes.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contract structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
