What you will do

  • Support the Account Management team by owning the operational work to keep strategic accounts running smoothly.
  • Build client-ready deliverables, organize launch details, and deliver strong reporting & insights for clients.
  • Partner closely with Ad Ops to deliver flawless, high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in digital media/ad tech, ad operations, or a similar analytically oriented role (internships/co-ops welcome).
  • Working knowledge of YouTube/CTV fundamentals and campaign/performance metrics (reach, CPV, VCR, brand suitability).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, pivots, lookups) and proficiency with Slides/PowerPoint for client-ready decks.
  • Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Monday) and diligent documentation habits.
  • Clear written communication—concise status notes, clean action items, and easy-to-follow follow-ups.
