What you will do

  • Lead and mentor SDR teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
  • Own and exceed pipeline targets for both inbound and outbound GTM motions.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting enterprise and midmarket leaders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner ecosystems to optimize lead flow and conversion.
  • Drive a performance-driven culture through structured coaching, data-backed insights, and feedback loops.
  • Manage team reporting, performance metrics, and the adoption of the sales technology stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS Sales Development management experience.
  • Proven record of scaling high-performing SDR/BDR teams across ANZ or ASEAN markets.
  • Deep understanding of the data, analytics, BI, or AI/ML technology landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning Sales VPs and cross-functional leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft or Outreach, and modern AI-powered sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset capable of translating performance data into actionable GTM strategies.
