What you will do

  • Provide engagement execution support to clients and engagement teams.
  • Manage the various stages of the executive search process to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates.
  • Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
  • Identify potential business development opportunities and support their conversion.

Requirements

  • Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
  • Ability to make presentations at executive levels of client companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and possess good judgment and superior interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent required; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
