What you will do
- Collaborate with the growth team to understand customer requirements and design solutions aligning with their needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, create technical presentations, and lead proof-of-value (PoV) evaluations with prospects.
- Analyze customer environments and architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using Cloudsmith’s platform.
- Develop integration strategies for customers using CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and other developer tooling.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to help prioritize features.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and collateral like blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, technical consulting, or DevOps operational roles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand technical requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be based in the US (East Coast).
- Must have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
