What you will do

  • Collaborate with the growth team to understand customer requirements and design solutions aligning with their needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, create technical presentations, and lead proof-of-value (PoV) evaluations with prospects.
  • Analyze customer environments and architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using Cloudsmith’s platform.
  • Develop integration strategies for customers using CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and other developer tooling.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to help prioritize features.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and collateral like blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, technical consulting, or DevOps operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand technical requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must be based in the US (East Coast).
  • Must have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.

  • Prior experience with Cloudsmith’s product offerings or similar artifact management solutions.
