What you will do

  • Maintain deep insight into Rabobank’s clients, markets, competitors, and industry trends, translating them into strategic advice for the CEO and Executive Team.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the Executive Team, senior leaders, global partners, and functions to enable cross-functional collaboration and information flow.
  • Support clear, enterprise-wide strategy aligned to Rabobank’s purpose and long-term objectives, converting it into structured plans, milestones, KPIs, and decision-ready narratives.
  • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and new ways of working while providing clarity, structure, and momentum to transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across written, verbal, and visual formats, synthesising complex input into concise executive and Board-ready messages.
