What you will do
- Lead design of new features and enhancements for web and mobile platforms focused on patient engagement and clinician workflows.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear UX flows and visual designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to implement and iterate designs.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and performance best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Tel Aviv with hybrid work (3 days in office)
- 5+ years experience as Product or UX/UI Designer on web or SaaS products.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication required.
- Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy products like dashboards.
- High proficiency in Figma including component libraries and prototyping.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2C products.
