What you will do

  • Lead design of new features and enhancements for web and mobile platforms focused on patient engagement and clinician workflows.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear UX flows and visual designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to implement and iterate designs.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and performance best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Tel Aviv with hybrid work (3 days in office)
  • 5+ years experience as Product or UX/UI Designer on web or SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication required.
  • Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy products like dashboards.
  • High proficiency in Figma including component libraries and prototyping.
  • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2C products.
  • Experience in healthcare/medtech or telehealth platforms.
