What you will do
- Develop AMER commercial strategy grounded in market insights and translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Act as a thought partner to AMER sales leadership, proactively surfacing risks and driving alignment on priorities.
- Own and improve the AMER rhythm of business, leading forums and driving accountability.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating across Sales, GTM, and Product to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Commercial Leadership.
- Keen understanding of B2B sales motions, combining analytical ability with understanding of seller and customer dynamics.
- Proven track record of driving top-line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales setting.
- Proven experience navigating complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or developing team members.
