What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for regional events, including venue sourcing, AV production, catering, and on-site coordination.
- Develop event briefs, run-of-show documents, and budgets while ensuring accurate reporting on key metrics like attendance and pipeline influence.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align event programming with regional engagement priorities.
- Coordinate technical content for roadshows with subject matter experts to ensure high-value, practitioner-focused sessions.
- Drive attendee registration through targeted outreach and communication sequences.
- Conduct post-event reviews to derive actionable insights for continuous program improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Strong background within the technology, SaaS, or IT channel/partner ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex event logistics simultaneously across different markets.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
- Availability for regular travel across EMEA for event delivery.
- Commercial mindset focused on connecting events to business pipeline and partner loyalty.
