What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics for regional events, including venue sourcing, AV production, catering, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop event briefs, run-of-show documents, and budgets while ensuring accurate reporting on key metrics like attendance and pipeline influence.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align event programming with regional engagement priorities.
  • Coordinate technical content for roadshows with subject matter experts to ensure high-value, practitioner-focused sessions.
  • Drive attendee registration through targeted outreach and communication sequences.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to derive actionable insights for continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
  • Strong background within the technology, SaaS, or IT channel/partner ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex event logistics simultaneously across different markets.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Availability for regular travel across EMEA for event delivery.
  • Commercial mindset focused on connecting events to business pipeline and partner loyalty.
