What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for AWS partners, advising on architecture, best practices, and solution design.
- Support onboarding of new partners from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth integration with Ingram Micro’s AWS platform and services.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, solution workshops, and pre-sales guidance to partner technical teams.
- Work closely with cloud architects to scope opportunities and design scalable solutions based on partner and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate technical insights and partner progress in CRM and internal planning tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cloud, pre-sales, or technical customer-facing roles, preferably with AWS or other hyperscaler platforms.
- Solid understanding of AWS core services (compute, storage, networking, security, DevOps).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate) are highly desirable.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, value-based selling, and solution design.
