What you will do

  • Define value propositions and positioning for product features and experiences.
  • Develop player insights, personas, and segmentation frameworks.
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling player value narratives.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new features, product launches, and enhancements.
  • Act as the voice of the player within product teams, influencing feature prioritization.
  • Monitor player engagement and commercial performance to refine propositions and messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or Proposition roles within digital products.
  • Proven experience defining value propositions and leading go-to-market launches.
  • Experience partnering closely with product teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of player/customer behavior and segmentation in consumer digital products.
  • Ability to translate player insight into clear positioning and product narratives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, digital entertainment, gaming, or other consumer digital products.
  • Gambling experience is a plus if strong player-centric thinking is demonstrated.
