What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Databricks for ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Integrate data from structured and unstructured sources including medical imaging systems and external APIs.
- Create and optimize dashboards and data models in Looker for analytics.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases ensuring performance and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Databricks, Spark, Looker, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, and scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare imaging standards (DICOM, HL7/FHIR).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of machine learning workflows and MLOps.
